Containing six card leaves with gilt edges containing twelve albumen photographs of scissorworked images, each blindstamped, "G. Schmidt" and mounted within a rounded rectangular window with gilt borders; together with a mounted cabinet card depicting a man holding quill pen and standing behind a lion crushing a sword with his front paw, entitled "The Pen is Mightier than the Sword," "From a Pen Drawing by W.H. Carrier, Teacher of Bookkeeping, Short Hand and Plain and Ornamental Penmanship...Adrian College, Adrian Mich."
