Approx 178 x 115 mm, contemp embossed morocco with flap; spine & flap repaired. Approx 300 leaves in black ink on paper. 4 color illuminated leaves (2 front, 2 back), gilt illuminated throughout in red, blue & gold, verses separated by gold discs, sura headings in white ink on gold backgrounds, recitational marks in red. Expert repairs at margins of color illuminated leaves, intermittent minor smudging. Leaf size 174 x 112 mm; written surface 120 x 68 mm. Executed by Ibrahim al-Falahi (student of Ahmad an-Nazifi). Complete.
