Centered by the Romanov eagle from tight gold coils, surrounded by sequins and a lacey border of silver and gold thread, mounted onto circular gold silk and within conforming glazed frame, gilt Hammer Galleries insignia and "Made of Imperial Russian Brocade from the Hammer Collection" verso.
