Set of six Regency style black lacquered chinoiserie klismos chairs two circa 1810, the others of modern construction en suite
Two arm and four side chairs, the tablet crests painted with figures in landscape, above carved back painted with figures in a pagoda, the armchairs issuing downswept scroll arms, above trapezoidal caned seat, on tapering outswept legs terminating in paw-carved feet, most bearing Stair & Co. New York labels.
