Vizagapatam sandalwood, ivory, and stained wood inlaid work box circa 1900
The sarcophagus-form box with elaborate geometric inlay, the hinged top opens to mirror and a removable tray with an assortment of lidded boxes and compartments several with original accessories spools etc., above a velvet-lined bottom, the sides of the box with twin loop handles, raised on paw-cast feet.
