Fine and large Royal Vienna gilt-decorated hand-painted porcelain charger "hectors resignation", late 19th century
Centrally painted to show Andromache's farewell to her son, as Hector holds him, within a gilt border worked to show foliate scrolls and fauns on a red ground, signed "E. Wagner Wien", blue beehive mark to underside, also inscribed in iron red "Hectors Abschied", within contemporary giltwood frame.
