Fine French Louis XVI style gilt and patinated bronze mantle clock 19th century, dial and movement signed cronier a paris
The circular white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, signed "Cronier a Paris", set within an urn-form surround with leafy swags and scroll handles, fluted socle and laurel foot, raised on a finely engraved plinth with volutes at the angles, flanked by models of allegorical putti figures, raised on a rectangular base, with frieze cast to show a scene of playful putti.
