Affidavit relating to the confinement of an Indian. Several small holes outside of text. Signature dark. * Markham, William. Document Signed. [Philadelphia], 1696. 1p, folio, with conjugate leaf; wax seal; wear & several small tears along old folds - loss of a few letters. Signature dark. Body of document in the hand of Patrick Robinson, who coutersigned. * Bernard, [sir] Fra(ncis). Partly printed document filled-in in ms. signed. Boston, Feb. 20, 1765. 4to, light creasing along old folds, minor spotting. Military officers pay order.
