Issue with dedication to Charles I on verso of title page. Without leaf 3A1 - divisional title for A. Paraphrase upon the Laminations of Jeremiah. Musical notations. Tall copy with old shoulder notes & annotations on colophon. Book plate of the English Classical Scholar Thomas Gaisford on paste-down.
