Lot Description

A fine Indian ivory carving of Lakshmi 19th century

The four armed goddess of wealth standing in slight tribangha with two lotus flowers held at shoulder height on either side, dressed in long flowing robes with well incised hems, adorned with ornamental jewlery and garland of roses, surmounted with a tiara and supported on a carved lotus base, mounted on wooden plinth.
