Lot Description
French gilt bronze and Sevres style porcelain inset mantle clock late 19th century, the movement signed e&p and with japy freres cachet
The circular floral painted blue ground porcelain dial with gilt Arabic numerals, within a gilt bronze drum case flanked by two acanthus scrolls connected by swags, surmounted a figure of a winged classical maiden, raised on oval base mounted with two allegorical putti, and with an inset porcelain plaque depicting an allegorical maiden, raised on square toupie feet. The base signed "Ph.Mourey".
