In three parts: the upper section with broken swan-neck pediment and dentil molded cornice over twin astragal glazed doors, the middle section with three short drawers with ivory pulls above rolltop desk opening to reveal a leather writing surface and a series of pigeonholes and drawers, the lower section with a central drawer above kneehole flanked by two banks of three drawers, raised on square tapering legs joined by undertier, terminating in spade feet; together with a similar marquetry inlaid shieldback armchair.
