French gilt bronze and brass mounted and tortoiseshell boulle marquetry and ebony commode early 18th century and later, in the manner of nicholas sageot

The rectangular breche d'alep marble top with thumbnail edge and rounded forecorners over conforming case with marquetry depicting insects, floral elements, masks, and dancers, enclosing two short drawers over three long drawers with female mask cast escutcheons, each side with raised panel, raised on hairy claw cast feet.
