Lot Description

Good collection George II and III silver holloware

Including a Thomas Whipham sauceboat, 1746-47; Alexander Saunders creamer, 1763-64; Robert Metham creamer with gilt-washed interior, 1808-9; Scottish stipple-engraved waiter, 1786-7, maker's mark WD; a mug, maker's marks rubbed, 1788-89; and a sauceboat with marks for Newcastle. Together with a pair of Belgian silver salts with cobalt glass liners. (8).
