Fine George I style silver four-piece tea and coffee service james robinson inc., london, 1971-73, retailed in nyc
Modelled after a service by Humphrey Payne, 1722-23, the set a tea and coffee pot with wood handles, covered sugar, and creamer, slightly bulbous in form with reeded rims, varying date letters. Together with a George VI Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd. silver hot water kettle on stand with burner, with S-scroll handles, crested and partially fluted spout, raised on four bun feet, 1951-52, and a twin-handled silverplate tray.
