Followed by 8pp of ms plat maps, several for properties near the confluence of the Allegheny & Mongahila rivers into the Ohio River. Minor internal dampstaining.
James O'Hara (1752-1819); American military officer, Captain of early industry, founder of the O'Hara Glass Works Co., the first glass manufactuer west of the Alleghenies. He was also one of the founders of Pittsburgh, recorded above are his real estate aquisitions during the Post-Revolutionary period.
