Addressed to John Ladd & David Cooper [Justices of the Peace for Gloucester County, New Jersey.] Deploring the murder of American Indians under Quaker Protection by the "Paxton Boys" in Lancaster County during December 1763, "The late outrage..., is such a notorious violation of the Rights of Government, and a crime of so black a dye..."
