Brass winged eagle and ball finial, black on white Roman numeral chapter ring, black, white and gold neck panel with eagle seated on a cannon below, brass openwork spandrels, eglomisé base door, "The Constitution's escape from the British Squadron," surrounded by black, white and gold, neck and base door frames are gilded with rope carving.
