Lot Description
Two German hand painted and 'jeweled' enamel cabinet plates late 19th/early 20th century
One painted to show a beautiful lady in diaphonous robes holding a blossom branch, surrounded by gilt leaves and scrolls, with turquoise and gilt raised dots, titled "Im Fruhling", red crown mark, number 04144 and incised number 94 to underside; the other painted to show a young girl with flowers in her hair, holding a posy, on a deep chocolate ground, within a border of raised gilt dots and floral scrolls, blue crown mark, rubbed title, and number 01525 to underside, both within matching punch decorated giltwood rococo style frames.
