Two French painted porcelain boxes late 19th/early 20th century
The first of square form, the porcelain molded throughout to simulate basket work, painted to show a cherub and flowers, the lid with central 'AG' monogram; the other of square form with rounded edges painted to show flowers and gilt scrolls, the lid inscribed "Fume, chante et bois on ne vit qu'une fois.'.
