A shield shaped panel chased with crossed swords with a hat atop and suspended with twelve circular panels, each with numbers "99, 00, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 and 09;" the back in raised letters "1909, 100% DUTY, SECOND TROOP Capt. J. P. WOOD," Together with a framed colored engraving '2ND TROOP, Philadelphia Cavalry."
