Redoute, Pierre Joseph (French, 1759-1840) roses
4 stipple engravings printed in colors and finished by hand, "Rosa inermes"; "Rosa bifera variegata"; Rosa gallica flore marmoreo"; "Rosa gallica caerulea", engraved by Bessin, Victor and Lemaire after original watercolours by Redoute, each framed and glazed with accompanying text leaf in sleeve on verso, from "Les Roses", published Paris, 1817-1821.
