The rectangular molded dome pediment surmounted with a brass loop handle and four flame finials, above an arched glazed door enclosing a silvered and brass Roman and Arabic numeral dial with subsidiary Silent/Strike dial and date aperture and two winding holes, pierced gilt metal spandrels, the sides with pierced metal grilles and figural corner mounts, the rear with a glazed door revealing incised gilt metal plate, all raised on a molded base with gilt metal ogee bracket feet.
