Semi-automatic magazine fed short stroke gas piston rifle with elevating ladder rear sight graduated to 1200 meters and a hooded front sight. Left side of chamber marked K43 and ac/44. Matching serial numbers are present on the receiver and bolt, with no other external numbers noted. Bolt and receiver with E/359 inspection marks. Rifle is accompanied by a K43 marked, gcb code, WaA/892 inspected magazine, a leather sling and a cleaning rod which is frozen in the stock. A rarely encountered original K43 manual is present in the butt trap compartment. No import marks were noted on the gun.
