Barrel marked SAML COLT NEW-YORK CITY, frame with added COLT'S/PATENT and US markings. All serial numbers re-stamped with "P" inspections added. Frame cut for shoulder stock. Revolver is artificially aged. A good example of an aged reproduction that at five to ten feet could be mistaken for an original but upon closer inspection is clearly of modern manufacture.
