The left side of the pistol grip has been fitted with an oval plate with the initials FTK engraved into it with floral accents. Item features a lanyard loop to the butt, and a further sling loop to the mid length of the barrel. Barrel is signed H. CLAYTON. The receiver is marked REMINGTON'S ILION. N.Y. U.S.A./PAT. MAY 3D. NOV. 15TH 1864 APRIL 17TH 1866. The trigger is blued, and the breechblock and hammer show a polished finish. Item comes in an aftermarket wood presentation case with red velvet lined interior. Included in the case are an empty box of .32 S&W Remington KLEANBORE cartridges, two piece brass cleaning rod, and a bore mop.
