An Early 1980s Babe Ruth Chicago Historical Society Large Street Banner
98.5 x 31.5 in. (Very light fraying along extremities).
The Champions of American Sport exhibition originated at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. and then moved to the Chicago Historical Society in the spring of 1982. The exhibit featured photographs, sculptures, and artwork depicting some of the most legendary moments in American sports over the previous 150 years.
