Seated portrait of a well-dressed couple, the man having a thick mustache and mouche and wearing a gold-highlighted watch chain. (Minor tarnishing to edges, some clouding; resealed.) Housed in a pressed paper case with damage/separation. -- Seated portrait of a more mature couple, the man wearing eyeglasses and the woman wearing leather gloves. (Tarnishing to edges, spotting throughout.) Housed in a half leatherette case. -- Separate portraits of a man and woman housed together in the same case. (Portraits strikingly crisp, though with spotting and chemical deterioration, particularly heavy and abundant in the portrait of the man, some tarnishing to edges as well.) -- And 5 others, including an example by GURNEY, and 2 separate portraits of a man and woman housed together in one fully separated flip case. Some One without a case. Conditions vary. -- Together, 9 half plate daguerreotypes.
