1p, 12 3/4 x 7 3/4 in. (separated at center fold, small losses, toning). Also signed by Simon Kenton's wife Elizabeth Kenton, his brother John Kenton, and John's wife Eleanor.
Legendary frontiersman Simon Kenton and his wife, along with John Kenton and his wife, transfer their land in Mason County, Kentucky, "along the waters of Laurences Creek" to George Morton for the sum of $786.
