Short-recoil operated single action autoloading pistol fed by detachable single-stack magazines and following the pattern of the Soviet Tokarev pistol. Item has been retrofitted with a manually actuated safety lever at the rear left frame with the grip panel cut down to accommodate it. Further markings to the pistol include the {Seal of Yugoslavia} to the top slide near the rear sight, 7.62mm M57 to left slide, and the importer marking PW. ARMS. REDMOND. WA/ZASTAVA, YUGOSLAVIA. Serial numbers match on the barrel, frame, and slide. Comes with one magazine with lanyard loop to floorplate.
