*Smith & Wesson Model 544 Texas Commemorative .44-40 Revolver in Factory Display Box
.44-40. 5" barrel with matted rib. SN: TWT4685. Blued finish, color casehardened trigger and hammer, smooth oversized figured hardwood square butt combat grips with S&W medallions. Double action revolver with white U-outline adjustable rear sight, ramped front sight with orange insert and swing out six-chambered fluted cylinder. Left side of barrel roll marked SMITH & WESSON over 44/40. Right side roll marked 1836 TEXAS 1986 with gold washed filler. Left rear of frame with Texas logo and sesquicentennial dates. S&W logo on left rear of frame. The revolver is contained in a S&W wood presentation box laser engraved on the lid with the state of Texas, S&W Logos, etc. and has a fitted interior with a crushed blue velvet lining. A key for the case is also included.
