Flat mainspring housing, ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, fixed three dot sights. Includes a single 6-round magazine and the original Colt Factory box that notes the custom serial number. Although the box describes the finish as "MATTE" the custom serial number indicates the work, including the royal blue finish and jeweled small parts were done at Colt. A lovely Colt Officer's sized 1911 that was likely custom ordered for a US Military Special Operator with the serial number possibly a reference to Team Neptune which was put together for the Neptune Spear operation which was the raid against the Osama Bin Laden compound in Pakistan. Interestingly the call sign "Geronimo" was assigned to Bin Laden, which may explain the "Go Apaches" part of the serial number.
