World War II
.32 ACP. 3.75" barrel length. SN: 537648. Blued metal finish with checkered walnut Colt medallion grips and fixed sights. Single-action internal hammer fired simple blowback operated autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Item features a heel magazine release, thumb actuated safety lever, and a grip safety mechanism. Slide is marked COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS to the right and COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A./PATENTED APR. 20, 1897. DEC. 22, 1903. Item features a magazine safety indicating it to be a Type V. Comes with one magazine.
