**National Postal Meter U.S. M1 Carbine
World War II
.30 Carbine. 18" barrel. SN: 4251150. Parkerized finish, low wood oval cut walnut stock and four-rivet handguard. Rebuilt semi-automatic magazine fed military carbine with Type III adjustable rear sight and Type III barrel band with bayonet lug. Receiver with NATIONAL/POSTAL METER marking and serial number, barrel marked SA 11-51. Throat erosion measures 2, muzzle erosion measures 2.5. Includes a single MN marked 15-round magazine, an OD green web sling and an oiler.
