Lot Description

American silver tea pot maker's mark obliterated, early 19th century

Oval fluted design with acorn finial, scroll carved pearwood handle, together with matching hot water pot, sugar bowl, creamer and waste bowl dating to the early 20th century. All pieces dated '1909', the early tea pot has 'Joseph Clay / Mary Ashmead / Married 1805, L.L.C. 1909'. (5).
