2 volumes (of 37). 8vo (213 x 140 mm). Numerous hand-colored photographic illustrations. Contemporary polished Spanish calf gilt surrounding a central green morocco and gilt inlaid coat of arms, top edge gilt, turn-ins gilt, white inlaid pigskin doublures gilt (rubbing, light sunning to spines, silk ribbons detached but present).
LIMITED EDITION, one of twenty-six copies of the "Edition Des Aquarelles," lettered "L." Missing volumes from set sold at Christies, 18 May 2012, sale 2955 lot 65, as part of the Albert H. Small sale.
