N.p., 25 February 1893. 2 pages on a bifolium, on Lyceum Theatre blind-embossed stationery. Stoker, the author of Dracula, and now the more well-known was once less famous than actor Irving and served as the latter's secretary.

Price thanks Goldsmith, a business partner of Joseph P. Kennedy, for the kind words about his role in the play Outward Bound. Also with an 8 x 10 photograph signed in the manner of Vince Price, but later.
