A Chinese Carved Celadon Glazed Porcelain Hu Vase
Porcelain: 19th Century
清晚期 粉青模印龍紋方壺
each side of the vase carved and molded with a central 'dragon' medallion surrounded by four butterflies, between a band of ruyi heads and two rows of overlapping leaves, the recessed neck applied with a pair of bat-form handles, mounted as a lamp.
Height of vase 10 3/4 in., 27.3 cm.
