Fine and important Chinese carved bamboo vessel qianlong mark and of the period
Of cylindrical form, hollowed interior flared and beaded rim, over a waisted neck carved in low relief to show archaic masks, single open-work mask handle, over three large arched archaic-form legs, Ju form beaded edge continuing masks and scrolls, carved mark to base, over a fitted stand.
