Likely Herculaneum Pottery, England, Circa 1801
one side with a standing portrait of Liberty holding an American flag, flanked by two Native Americans at left, plus seven vignette portraits of American historical figures including Christopher Columbus, Walter Raleigh, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin at right; the opposite with a print of a stylized Washington Monument noting Washington's birth and death dates and bearing a right-facing portrait, with mourning symbols and eagle.
with initials RA Jr. and date 1801 beneath the spout.
