Kansas State Census records from the early twentieth century document a W. W. White, originally born in Indiana around 1876, as a resident of Sedgwick County, Wichita, Kansas. Wallace W. White (1876-1947) married Sybil Edna Stewart on August 29, 1910, and U.S. Federal Census records indicate that White worked as a traveling salesman in both the automobile and tractor industries.
