Probably by Norman Norell (but lacking labels), the dress of yellow fine silk jersey and lined in silk, floor length and long sleeve; the coat in matching color on heavier silk with three-quarter sleeves and with an open front, both covered in flat gold sequins. Approximately size 6-8, with repairs to the interior, some areas of lacking sequins, etc.
