The interior decorated with "Insurgent French Frigate of 44 guns and 41 men striking her colors to the American Frigate Constellation, under clusters of naval accoutrements: the exterior of bowl decorated with Portraits of "His Excellency General Washington..." and "Benjamin Franklin L.L. D. F.R.S" a "Sailor's farewell and the verse "When this you see remember me..."
