FIRST EDITION, A WIDE-MARGINED COPY, of this dramatic account of a naval battle during the War of Austrian Succession in which Admiral Mathews scored an early victory, but was not supported by Rear Admiral Lestock, ultimately leading to Mathews' censure and discharge. ESTC T39592
