JOE COLOMBO (ITALIAN 1930-1971) Three 'Universale' chairs.
Model no. 4860, designed 1967, injection-molded ABS plastic each dated July 1993 and numbered 4867.
H: 28 1/4 in.
note:
Colombo's Universale chair was the first adult size chair produced in ABS and could therefore be produced in using a single process. The detachable legs could be fitted for different heights.
