1976, designed for the Centre George Pompidou, Paris. Steel and leather.

The Beaubourg chair, originally devised by Richard Rogers and Renzo Piano, was the winning design in a jury headed by Jean Prouve. The Centre George Pompidou, designed by Rogers and Piano, is an early example of Deconstruction and Postmodernism in architecture and design.
