When Richard Schultz and his son Peter Schultz founded the Richard Schultz Design firm, they bought back the rights for Schultz's 1966 Leisure Collection, a popular series of outdoor furniture originally designed at the behest of Florence Knoll, who needed quality outdoor furniture for her use at her Florida home. The present lot was a test model used to test certain coatings and fittings.
