First edition. 11 3/8 x 13 1/4 inches; 288 x 336 mm, narrow margins. Light mat burn, a few creases in center of image, one beginning to separate, repair on verso of left edge. Snyder 16. * "An Unfinished House, in Chesnut Street Philadelphia." Philadelphia, 1800. First edition? 10 7/8 x 13 3/8 inches; 276 x 340 mm, good margins. Light to moderate mat burn, repair in center from top edge just extending into image on heavy (later?) laid paper. Possible restrike. Snyder 14a. * "Second Street North from Market Street with Christ Church." Philadelphia, [1804]. Second edition. 11 x 13 inches; 279 x 330 mm, full margins. Margins toned & creased with chipping to edges, several masking tape repairs to verso of margins. Snyder 15b. * "The Water Works in Center Square, Philadelphia." Philadelphia, [1828].
