File copies, ca. late 1790s-1805, with secretarial signatures for John Adams & Thomas Jefferson, each 2 pp., 4to; scattered wear.
Febiger, Christian (b. Denmark, 1746; d. Philadelphia, Pa., 1796). Revolutionary War soldier, served in all theatres of the war, retired as Brigadier-General, Treasurer of Pennsylvania, 1789-96.
