Folio, orig. paneled calf; worn, rubbed & blistered, bottom of spine & parts of front cover gone. Lower fore-edge corner, fore-edge & 1/2 of bottom edge of title page torn away - imprint matter intact, rules torn away at corner. Title page partly darkened, some internal smudging. Lacking last leaf of index.
Benjamin Franklin, as Keimer's 22 year old foreman, printed the title page & pp. 533-710.
With the ownership signatures of James Preston, Samuel Carpenter on the title page, also with the signatures of Rachel & Thomas Carpenter.
